I want to stop the madness and join. What do I do next?
Congratulations! All you have to do for now is submit your name and email in the lower right hand box of the screen so that I can let you know when the next session begins. You can also print out and complete the registration and waiver form as soon as you get confirmation and bring it with you already completed and ready to go. Just press the Register Now button and go to Print off-line Registration Form

How long is each conditioning session?
Each training session last 45 minutes to an hour. We begin with a warm-up and end with a cool down.

What if I am not in shape but am excited to join?
Well then, welcome aboard. At Camp Hustle Hard you don’t have to be in shape to join, but you will end up in shape and feeling great. Depending on your level of fitness, you will only do what you are capable of. We will modify each exercise for your level of fitness so that you still get the benefits.

How soon can I start seeing and feeling results?
The results are immediate. Everyone responds differently on how soon they can start seeing and feeling results. Most people will start seeing visual results in as little as 1 month or less. There are those individuals that start seeing results in as little as two weeks. Most people start feeling positive results as soon as the 1st training session.

Will I be sore all the time?
If you are new to exercise or have had a long layoff you will probably experience some initial soreness. At Camp Hustle Hard you will be monitored depending on your fitness level in order to gauge your intensity and minimize soreness. No need to fear. Stay focused on the fun and results.

What do I need to bring to camp?
Besides yourself, all you need is your own refreshing bottle of water or two in order to stay hydrated during training. You can also bring your own beach towel or yoga mat. Depending on weather, it is best to be prepared and dress in layers and remove as you warm up and add as you cool down.

What kind of camp is this?
This is not a military style bootcamp where you get visions of Full Metal Jacket. This is a fitness bootcamp where you are MOTIVATED and ENCOURAGED by the instructor. There is no belittling in this program but pure motivation, encouragement and occasional friendly and fun competition.

What about bad or severe weather conditions?
If we are indoors we will be fine. If we are scheduled outdoors, only in case of bad or severe weather such as very heavy rain with lightning or tornado warnings the class will be cancelled and made up at a later time. A little light rain would actually make it a fun and refreshing experience. Always check our News & Updates section for the latest information.
